Absolutely shocking experience with this company.We been asked to do the Topographical survey and when work has been completed Mr.Dan Smyth ( Director) just vanished and do not reply to emails or phone calls.We actually worked very hard and it was challenging job to do and in the end we never got paid for the job.

Savills is ok but it's just the frontPutting one star simply because of the subprovider used by Savill's for referencing checks - LettingsHub.Worst experience ever and lot of new grey hair thanks to that one.If Savills wants to improve their service they must take care of the image constituted by the whole end-to-end process they drive their customers through, not just by the fancy front.

I’ve looked at many properties through several agencies but Savills was by far the most useful and trustworthy. I had Jess Jabou as my agent and she was knowledgeable, she kept us updated throughout the purchase, patiently answered all our enquieries and was overall a lovely agent to have. She made the process less stressful.

We decided to use Savills as they had far reaching market within the UK with a good reputation.The house was on the market from the second week in December 2020 and sold in March 2021.Savills provided us with a constant stream of viewers with Katiie, who conducted the viewings, gaining the confidence of all who viewed, which was a positive aid to selling. We will use Savills again.

GoogleI have recently had great success using Georgina Bartlett and her lettings team to secure an excellent tenant for my Chelsea flat. Georgina and her team were extremely helpful and responsive in getting the tenants’ referenced and into the flat is double quick time. I would definitely look to use Georgina’s services again in the future.

TrustpilotSavills Melbourne keep deposit (all my savings) against the law saying "it'd be more expensive for you to go to court"
Savills Melbourne: Was buying a property with Savills and they guilted me into "we are experts, there is no cladding". It was - which made the bank rejecting the mortgage. However, Savills State director told to "never contact again" while refusing to refund my deposing for the property. It was subject to finance and they must, but was told "will be more expensive for you to go to the court". It was all my savings for my 1st property, I left traumatized. They still keep all my money and unresponsive.

We sold our house and used Savills Chelsea and in particular Charles Holbrook and William Duckworth Chad. Charles led the team with success. They did a super job throughout the Covid Crisis. Very unprofessional! We are thankful that we aren’t renting from this company. We were interested in a property in Aberdeenshire. The agent couldn’t care less about our interest - makes promises and then doesn’t communicate. Therefore, they have lost our custom.Should have known something wasn’t right as when we went to view the property she didn’t turn up as she was “in meetings” and we could get the keys from the shed!
