Marsh & Parsons helped me find a great flat in Pimlico which I have lived in for 9 years. Their staff have been considerate and helpful in avoiding inconvenience when arranging viewings towards the end of my tenancy. The check out process was professional and my deposit was returned promptly. They have an excellent range of properties and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Managing Agent that looks after the letting of my property in Maida Vale on behalf of Marsh & Parsons is extremely efficient, competent and sensible. The only reason I have only given 4 stars is because his predecessors have not been anywhere near as reliable. I feel confident in leaving him to manage the tenants and the letting process, knowing he will bring things to my attention when required, but is proactive on matters that don’t need to involve. I feel kept up to date with letting regulations, and my tenants are kep t happy

If you are a tenant, run.- Carefully check your checkin inventory report, as the partner they use is extremely casual in the checkin but super detailed in checkout. I am glad I did take pictures and asked for revise when I moved in, otherwise they are gonna to charge me for the inferior quality that the property originally is.- They may boast that they manage the property you are going to rent. It might be another red flag as well. On average it took me 3 emails to get them response to any requests. I asked for a repair for an item upon moved in, and I only got the repair done 7 months later.- Poor and rude communication. They tried all the way to force you signing a renewal since they could get commission. Rent is their only interest, and they only see landlord as their client as they couldn't care less for the tenant. The only way I know they want to end the contract is by receiving endless email/ phone calls and even whats app message to request viewing of the property from them.- Abusive behaviour. They brought more than 5 parties of people in a day, and most of the notice is within 24 hours. I have whatsapp message sent to me 3pm and asking for viewing at 5pm in the same day.- No respect to tenant. Besides constantly bringing endless people to view the property, they completely ignore some basic manner. Touching property everywhere, opening your wardrobe, cabinet and left it open, "testing" light by switching on and off and mostly left it on, also used you as free consultant asking you where is the washing machine etc as they know nothing about the property. Btw they also don't bother to wear masks and having hand sanitizer during viewing either.- Providing you misleading information and tried to put you in a bad position. When you are in contact with them please must keep everything in written, cause they would even deny things they've written and trying to make you to pay for their failure.- I've informed them about my moved out date while they never bother to inform me when is the checkout inventory, neither did I hear anything about deposit return. I have to chase them endlessly.Good luck with them.

Genuinely wish I could put 0 stars. Hands down the WORST real estate agents I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I would never ever rent or even look at anything to do with Marsh and Parsons. The worst part is it was not only 1-2 estate agents it was multiple over 2 years of non stop headaches and problems. All they care about is money. My house flooded as well as having the worst mice infestation you will ever see and rather than help me they tried to make me live in the flat even though it was deemed UNINHABITABLE. ALL the estate agents I dealt with at marsh and parsons (and there have been many) are void of conscience. They need to be shut down. Worst estate agents EVER. If you value your sanity and your value of life do not work with them.

GoogleReally disappointed with my experience here. I went to view a house and put in an offer the same day, I chased a three times to find out if we had got the house and heard nothing. I have only heard back 3 days later to find out our offer was declined and someone else got the house on the day of offer. I think we should have been informed of this as we were waiting to here.

DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY WITH THIS AGENCY. They are liars and manipulators. My agent convinced me that the landlord agreed to a few conditions before I signed the contract, and then completely disappeared when it was time to meet these conditions! Also, my agent was supposed to meet me on the day I was arriving to the UK. She agreed to meet me on the 28th of august, not informing that it was a bank holiday. (It’s my first time living in london and I am an international student). Neither she, or this horrible agency were answering the phone, and there was no emergency contact. I was simply stranded at the airport with no where to go. I was forced to book a hotel. A respectable agency would reimburse the cost of the hotel because of the inconvenience and stress the agent’s mistake has caused. All the offered when the agent answered 3 hours later was an apology. Not only that, but they stopped answering after giving us the keys, and left us to deal with an uncooperative landlord that I deliberately breaching the contract (mould, not cleaned, stained). I have tried to come in contact with the manager of the agent but I have received no response. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
