Google' Service above and beyond ' Can I comment on the superb service from Hannah and James from the Earls Court office, both went above and beyond to complete on my daughters sale. Hannah for dealing for weeks with a somewhat difficult vendor, advising, guiding and negotiating with a vendor who was struggling and her husband who lived abroad. James for taking documents home at the weekend for collection by the buyer for urgent delivery to solicitors in Yorkshire to allow the sale to complete. Even when completion took place both were on hand to assist and support the buyer when the vendor took an unacceptable time to vacant the property. I commend both to anyone considering using Marsh and Parsons. To you both, thank you and best wishes Pete

GoogleI bought and sold the same flat with Marsh & Parsons. The team have excellent local knowledge and great leverage of all nearby offices' buyer networks. Importantly, Lee Ward was extremely helpful throughout the process (including the purchase of the next property), and conducted very good negotiation with the buyer during the last mile. A very good outcome overall.

Stay far away from them. Sarah Warmington handled my case and I must say all of these agents are crooks.. They tried to force me to rent out my flat to an inappropriate tenant which they didn’t even want to expose. Eventually I found out who the proposed tenant was and got the shock of my life. When I refused I got called all sorts of things by this agent!! And she tried to scam me on so much money as a punishment for not letting my flat (yes, I’m talking about 1300 pounds), and keep in mind that I had not signed any contract with them!!! Even the receptionist at the agency tried to stop me from calling the support centre by hiding the phone number with his own hands. Absolutely repelled by these criminals!!!

GoogleIan was the best agent we've ever dealt with (my father-in-law has also used him). He was in touch over a couple of years, without ever being pushy, whilst we used other agents with little success. Once we used them, they delivered on what they said and we have no complaints, whatsoever. Would thoroughly recommend Ian and his team.
