GoogleMy property is currently being managed by Lundiniom, and it is a mess that is unfortunately leading to legal action with all the costs and time this involves. The letting contract was not drawn adequately, the guarantor was not checked and has proved unreachable (possibly non-existent).
The tenant has not paid for nearly a year- rent was meant to be collected by Lundiniom on a bi-annual basis, I was not made aware of these rent arrears until I chased Lundiniom myself (my emails were ignored for many weeks). It is a terrible and expensive mess.
Unfortunately, I am now in a position where both the tenant and Lundiniom are not responding to me or the solicitor. This leaves me with no choice but an eviction order, which is in progress.
In hindsight, I should have gone with a big agency rather than a small business, which I imagined would provide a personal touch. It certainly did not provide a professional service.
I notice positive reviews are from 2 years and longer. Perhaps their standard fell drastically. Either way, I am in a painful and unfortunate position, which Lundiniom has significantly enabled with their mismanagement.
Move on whilst you have the chance!

GoogleMy property was mismanaged by Lundiniom with serious consequences, including significant damages to the property itself and rent arrears (a year’s worth of rent gone with the tenant!).
Worth stating that Lundiniom are not registered with the property ombudsman, so I could not even lodge a complaint!

GoogleLundiniom is highly experienced at many facets of the property industry which allows a nuanced and informed view. I would suggest that calling them an "estate agents" is doing them a disservice, they are much more than what we usually associate with a high street agent.
Rod, in particular, is adept at putting a property transaction into context, whether it's your home or an investment, and offers empathetic, long term and pragmatic advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lundiniom.
