She is very professional, approachable and always tries to help out even with last minute viewings or requests. She is kind and does not push the clients which is really important. GoogleHaving had a rather stressful and unpleasant experience with another real estate firm, I was rather mindful of working with another company. The expectations and trust base were low. But working with Laura Watts and the group at Knight Frank, South Kensington, has restored my faith. They quickly abolished any doubts I had and proved to be beyond helpful. As I have lived in many countries, moving can be very stressful, but no question or ask was too small, which certainly eased my transition to my new place! I don't often write reviews, but in this case, the team and Laura deserve to be praised!!
