Awful . Arranged valuation and to discuss selling , when they didn’t turn up and I called to enquire what had happened and to rebook , a very rude lady told me she didn’t know what had happened , I couldn’t rebook and hung up on me !

Very poor. Offer accepted and then find out accidentally from an acquaintance we have been gazumped with a cash offer accepted. Had to call the agent to find out it was true. Not Impressed at all.
