If I could leave 6 stars, I would! I made the decision to rent my apartment in Battersea (I couldn’t sell it due to the economic downturn) and James S. did a fantastic job! Fran is a gem!

5 minutes into our house valuation we knew Fran was 'the one' for us. During our initial meeting she explained the process clearly, didn't blind us with the usual estate agent jargon and made it clear that she would be with us every step of the way. With other estate agents we have been very frustrated with the lack of communication but Fran 'walked the walk' and gave us confidence in Knight Frank. She answered any queries promptly and was proactive throughout the process keeping us fully up to date with all developments. Unfortunately, due to land issues our sale was not as straight forward as expected but Fran dealt with our anxieties offering sound advice and making sure all parties communicated.
