TrustpilotNot hugely helpful after the deal was agreed
We have just completed the purchase of a property through KFH. Whilst being communicative and helpful at the start, we felt that the level of service petered off as the transaction progressed.

TrustpilotA big room to improve.
In many circumstances, stand by seller’s side and not very responsive on emails, which is understandable because they were appointed by the seller. However, the rights and requests of the buyer should not be neglected.

TrustpilotBit disappointed if honest
Bit disappointed if honest. Having to deal with a mismatch of people, neither of them knowing what the other was working on. Constant emails, queries not answered correctly or lacking requested information.
