I am renting a place, and my landlord asked me to move out a week earlier than the contract was supposed to end. I have paid the rent for that period already, but agreed to this, given they would refund me. This was over 3.5 MONTHS AGO, and they still seem to have not made any changes to the contract. I reported this to Hamptons 21 days ago, following their email asking if I would like to extend my tenancy... (I assumed they knew about the changed dates, but looks like the landlord didn't inform them about anything). I have sent multiple emails to Hamptons, but haven't got any response from them. I really don't know what to do and if I will even get my money back... Really hoping someone from Hamptons sees this and gets back to me. :(

Her efficiency is amazing as is her knowledge of properties.We also always have wonderful results with Holly Erarslan in lettings who really goes the extra mile, also with Elizabeth Kenefick end of Tenancy Team Manager. What a team, couldn’t manage without them.

Martin and all the team really worked to understand the house and the sort of buyers that it would suit. They managed all the viewings very efficiently, gave us well-evidenced advice, and when we got an offer that we were happy to accept, they were very responsive in supporting us through every stage of the acceptance to exchange of contracts process.

This is my sixth year of using the Property Management service at Hamptons Banbury for my rental property, and I remain delighted with the quality of service provided. My Property Manager, Max Barnes, is courteous and professional and always responds promptly and effectively to issues raised by me or my tenants. The service is also helpful and proactive with regard to legal compliance issues. I would definitely recommend it.

Following my review of Hamptons Chelsea and their senior head of sales Nick Hubner, I received a formulaic reply from Hamptons saying they were taking my comments seriously and would I email my details for them to contact me, which I did. Guess what? They never contacted me...Definitely very poor follow up and customers' service. Company to be avoided.

A big thanks to Greta Damidaviciue, our property manager at Hamptons. She's been amazing and quickly dealing with any problems we've had at our flat, which we rent out while living overseas. It's been a huge help this year when we've not been able to travel back to the UK.
