We’ve been using Hamptons to manage our property since 2010 and have just placed another property for let with them this year. David Whiting, our property manager, is exceptional. We trust his advice and direction on every job implicitly and we know it’s undertaken to the highest standard. Along side the ongoing management, we’ve also noticed how efficiently their contracts are handled and how they work so well as a team.

Went through Sadia Shakeel. Pretty unresponsive and had to chase her a couple of times regarding emails, very blunt over the phone, and just generally felt like I was bothering her when I had enquiries. Can't speak for the whole of Hamptons, but this personal experience with them I won't look too favourably on.

Basically it came down to Stella. She was the staff member we dealt with most throughout the process and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. This particularly applied after exchange of contracts when we needed to visit our new property with contractors several times to arrange for work to be undertaken. She always helped willingly with this and basically made it all possible.

Great service all the way through the procedure of renting the flat, kept in touch when something came on the market knowing the situation I was in, the team was very patient with myself and went through the paperwork as it came through, will definitely use Hamptons again.

Really terrible - we’ve enquired about a property (or tried to) about 4 times and no one ever gets back to us - I don’t know why anyone would choose to work with people who actively ignore potential clients. Shockingly poor.

In the two years I have been renting through Hamptons I had a great experience in customer service. My property manager, Eloise, has been absolutely perfect. She has always responded straight away and showed she cared about the issues I faced in the property, seeing them to quick and satisfactory resolution. I feel like she deals with me as a human being she can help through her position and not as just a customer. Highly recommended. Thank you, Eloise!

I have been using Hamptons to manage my property for several years now and have been very impressed by the personnel that I’ve dealt with in various departments. In particular, I’ve been working with Lucy Desborough whom I can honestly say is one of the best property managers I’ve ever come across. She’s always timely with her responses, excels at finding solutions to difficult problems, and always goes that extra mile to help in any given situation. She’s an excellent communicator and works well with others across departments and outside of Hamptons. I always know that she’ll handle issues with the utmost diplomacy and decorum. She continues to be a pleasure to work with and I hope that she’ll always be my property manager!

Amy our property manager has been very helpful, especially lately when we had a number of repairs issues to deal with.At the same time we've had complaints from our tenants that when something breaks they get a number of different contractors coming and spending too much time 'inspecting the damage' and are then very slow and not always competent in actually repairing things. Once I introduced Hamptons to my own contractions who have a wide range of specialists, things went faster and smoother.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
