Had a major electrical problem over the weekend and Jenny Powell in the Marlborough office got everything arranged very quickly - Elite Electrical came out within 2 hours and got everything up and running again very quickly especially as we weren’t sure what was causing the problem.

I rented with Hamptons for 4 years in West Hampstead. Our property manager (Holly) was always helpful and responsive and any small issues with the flat were sorted out fast. Moving out was also smooth and we got our deposit back without hassle. Very good experience overall

Recently my washing machine tripped the whole flat’s electrics. First thing Monday morning an appliance specialist was sent to the house to have a look and resolved the problem. Petrina ensured the specialist visited promptly and followed up what would happen if it couldn’t be fixed.

We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.

Shortly after moving into our flat we had a couple of issues with the boiler and the electrics. We contacted Hamptons and they acted very professionally and promptly. We have just finished our 3 year tenancy with Hampton International (Salisbury) from day 1 it has been an easy and pleasant experience, any issues were dealt with by Angela, who was very professional and reliable, and would always reply back to us and keep us updated.
