Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

I consider myself to be a difficult customer to please as the one thing I value more than anything is the customer service, which I've found several real estate agencies lack. The exception to this was the High Street Kensington Branch of Dexters, as they provided me with such a positive experience. Specifically, Mr. William Fowler was an exceptional representative of Dexters. He was communicative, competent, and easy to get a hold of (especially after 17:00 on weekdays and on Saturdays). I would encourage those looking for properties in the area to use this agency, and I highly recommend those to seek the help of Will, as he truly made this arduous task more manageable.
