They don’t respond to mail, they don’t take calls simply because they don’t want to refund the deposit and when they do, the lady called Felicity sounds so rude on phone. Very unprofessional set of people, they don’t even deserve 1 ⭐ and I feel for anyone who wants to rent a property through them as they will be nice to you when you’re moving and then go mute when you moved out so they can deduct from your deposit or not even pay you at all. I have a deposit that’s yet to be approved for refund with them while they keep giving flimsy excuses for close to a month now. Your team should do better.

Elesh and the estate manager Craig/ Charig are the shadiest people in the world. There is so much mould in this house that I think I started hallucinating. Would rate this experience-1/ 10. Plus, they would call one of my housemates and threaten her and also tell her they were “stabbed in the back”. They love to gossip about their tenants though. Which I find disgusting and trashy but some people are hella bored. Anyway, I wouldn’t mind all of this if this the house is was cute and the repairs were up to date, but the house is dingy and dirty. The agency supported the landlord over the tenants . PS) if and when the landlord/ estate agent see this give me a call personally and stop talking to the other tenant , that they’re obviously working with, about me ❤️. I’m attaching the photos of all the mould.

Paulo was an extremely efficient and diligent agent who as helped me during my research for a house to rent. I was in need to move to the new flat in few days and Paulo managed to secure all the documents in such a short time span. Even if the agency was not supposed to manage the property, I was always able to rely on Paulo's help - for example, when I found myself locked into the bin-room at night and I could contact him via phone. I felt very reassured during all my tenancy as well as after it ended, when I found myself looking for another flat and I could contact Paulo via a simple SMS. Paulo is always willing to help, going the extra mile understanding people's need and offering the best solution. I would strongly recommend Paulo for whoever is looking for a new home. Paulo Nurmamade the Property consultant was extremely unhelpful with us. They made the tenant show us the property without actually agreeing any of this with them! The tenant was so disappointed with this they ended up calling paulo and having a full go at him for this terrible service. Don’t use this agent they are really unprofessional. 22/09/2018
