GoogleThey had an amazing agent in the lettings team in Zara that did an amzing job for 2 years sadly after she left in 2021 or so and I stayed loyal to the company and what a mistake it was! In simple terms they have a huge turnover in employees so they are completely clueless as to what needs to be done in the property, always late in following-up or responding to issues so you end up spending more time chasing them than managing the property yourself. Furthermore they always find ways to hire the worst and most expensive contractors to repair things in a way it keeps breaking up which somehow is not surprising given they earn a percentage on the repair costs so somehow they have a vested interest in inflating repair bills! In summary worst management service ever... and I haven't even started about their lettings side (They recommended once a family of 4 with only 1 salary of which the rent would eat up 40%!). Avoid at all cost. Irresponsible and amateurs! My experience has been so bad with their Lettings and Management than I will for sure never try their Sales Team!

Disappointing service start to finish, would avoid renting through them at all costs.Maintenance requests were never completed or completed to a poor standard so that they broke again within a few days. Extra rent charges were added and deposit withheld arbitrarily.Some staff were friendly and helpful but others were rude and short.Edit:If Chestertons were as fast to respond to tenant needs as they are to public reviews then they likely wouldn't be rated 90/92 for estate agents.
