GoogleThey succeeded where two known agencies in Notting Hill had failed. I gave them my property to let, saying that they could also try to sell it if they wanted (but they had limited time available for that). Chestertons have been bombarding me with junk mail which are just full of the typical nonsense such as "Your property is particularly sought after""Chesterton has a list of buyers"Which is nonsense as (without going into reasons) our home is not at all sought after.Told them to stop sending us junk but they don't stop, hence the review.

My experience with Chestertons has been mixed. The people I spoke with has been friendly, however the communication could be greatly improved.I constantly had to chase for information for moving in, I didn't receive any information at all about the scheduled time for check-in to the apartment, no information about how to register for concierge, gym, etc. Another thing, which was surprising to learn, is that I will be dealing with the landlord directly instead of Chestertons - I was never informed of this throughout the process and only learnt this on the move-in day..

With a difficult tenant and a flat and block which have suffered from neglect, I have greatly benefitted from the work and advice of Shakil. He has responded promptly to an increasing number of issues. He has persevered in getting access to the flat and implementing various maintenance tasks. Pa-Reis has faced similar problems of lack of response from the tenant but is persevering in the efforts to secure a renewal contract. Thank you both.
