The team at Chestertons, Pimlico, helped me to terminate a contract with a tenant, sort out the mess they'd left, and then find another tenant. Alina Alexa and James Hall were especially helpful; James addressed all my questions with patience and understanding and Alina helped me follow through some tricky negotiations. They remained positive and welcoming throughout the process.

I can highly recommend Chestertons! I have worked with a few letting agencies but this experience really stood out. My agent, Jasmine Birungi went out of her way to answer all of my questions promptly, and supported me throughout the process with a smile. Chestertons operates a portal to upload and store documents, see where you are & what tasks you have, which makes it seamless. The move-in went similarly well, with ample communication on availabilities and all.

We engaged Ian Barrett and Catherine Strachan of Chestertons to help us sell our house in Kensington. They did a really excellent job. They gave us expert advice about pricing and helped us navigate a tough market. They kept in close touch with potential buyers, and made sure anyone interested was fully and fairly informed. After we accepted an offer, they kept the process running, but also took care of the buyers to make sure things ran as smoothly as possible. They saw us through some delicate last minute negotiations before contracts. Even after the contracts were exchanged, nothing was too much trouble. They helped us arrange for the house to be cared for, facilitated visits by the buyers, and even handed over the keys in person at completion. No wonder they are trusted by sellers and buyers alike! We would work with them again. Highly recommended.
