Great experience with property management/refurbishment services

I'm a landlord who has had their property managed by Chestertons for many years now and overall I've had a great experience with them. My current property manager is Shruthi Purswani, and she's been excellent. She's recently helped me with a tricky situation. She is very professional and is quick to respond. I've also had experience with their refurbishment services, which I would also recommend. I plan to do more work with them in the future. Our contact was Elizabeth Joyce who over saw the work. She liaised with the contractors, kept us up to date and addressed any concerns promptly. We are very happy with the final result.

I can't recommend Gregor Scott and Chestertons enough! We were looking for quite specific rental requirements in terms of accessibility and to tight timings and Gregor was absolutely fantastic. In addition to incredible professionalism and expertise, he went above and beyond, was incredibly proactive to help me secure the perfect rental, brilliantly guiding me along the way and made the whole process smooth and incredibly human. I was dealing with vanesa tonova and I placed an offer for an apartment and she told me she sent it to the owner but she did not and lied. I chased her to find out whats going on and sent numerous messages/emails only to be ignored. Not only this but she also had a very bad attitude with me for no reason. Very unprofessional. In the end I did it through another agency but very unprofessional.

Incompetence throughout

Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.
