GoogleI have been a tenant in Battersea and I can only recommend Astberrys. Our superbly located flat in Theatre street was newly fitted and renovated. We had an easy and uncomplicated process securing the tenancy, with no hidden fees and endless list of additional charges, but a simple check in. Monica and Candy were both quick to respond and help with any enquiries we had throughout our stay, and the dedicated maintenance team is an added bonus to their services.

GoogleWe had a postive experience dealing with them when we rented a flat last year. Candy is very professional and approachable and would promptly reply to our queries. GoogleWe've been renting with Astberrys for nearly 7 years now I have to say this is the best agency we've been with. All queries were dealt with within hours and any items that needed fixing or replacing were actioned within one or two days. I highly recommend Asberrys if you are looking for a high quality, well looked after accommodation, friendly and helpful staff and a hassle free assistance.

GoogleWe enquired about a property which we were interested in and up to now the response we have gotten from Astberry’s has been great. Candy especially, has gone out of her way to answer all our questions promptly and we have been able to put in an offer which we are comfortable with in a timely manner. It is safe to say that few agency’s are as involved and treat you in such a professional way.

GoogleI am really appalled at the negligence and arrogance of this 'property management' agency. I can see from the positive comments that this agency comes to the rescue of his friends in high society and chooses whose flat to manage. On several occasions the owner has been rude, and threatening. I could say a lot more about this agency and the people who work for it but instead I will just say to anyone reading this and thinking of renting or buying from this crook: AVOID this agency like the plague!!!

GoogleIn my opinion, the most appalling "property management" service that I have ever come across. Appalling service, called through because of a water damage/ flooding emergency and was shouted at and verbally abused by the man answering the phone and told to "get off the line". I was reporting an issue which could have affected the whole building that Astberrys are supposedly "managing". In my opinion, don't go anywhere near this company, most unprofessional service and attitude that I have ever come across. If you are the owner of a property and considering using them I would steer well clear of them.

GoogleAfter 10 years of running the management services for our 4-flat property, we decided to switch to Astberrys three years ago. It has proven to be an excellent decision. We know the staff personally and they know our building. We have found them to be easy to contact, and prompt to act and they encourage dialogue, which is so unlike many agencies especially those dealing with small properties. They are well versed in the legal / red tape minefield of current legislation.

GoogleWe have been renting with Astberrys Property Services for the last 5 years and are only leaving as we have purchased a small flat in the area. Astberrys is incredibly efficient, exceptionally professional and extremely good at what they do, I would have absolutely no doubts about recommending their flats and their service. The flats are well run, well kept, very safe, clean and stand head and shoulders above any other rentals in the Earls Court area. I cannot fault their service in any way at all - they are brilliant at what they do.

The staff were friendly and efficient when dealing with problems and took the emphasis off the tenants to constantly chase and harass to get work done, something that I have experienced whilst using other agencies. Would definitely use Astberrys in the future and recommend to anyone looking to live in the area.
