FacebookWe used Maychild as a letting agent for our property and the service was poor throughout. We found that their communication was a particular weak point as we had to chase them on several occasions to have work completed and there were also multiple accounting mistakes made including rent that had been collected that was not paid into our account and us being charged twice for the same job.We have used letting agents in different areas of the country to let other properties and Maychild have by far been the worst that we have used. We were aware that they are an online agent, but the service they offer is far below other traditional agents that we have used and Maychild failed to offer a professional service that is of the standard we would expect.

I was appointed as a director of the firm earlier this year and would be grateful to speak with you to learn more about the problems that may have happened whilst you were a landlord of ours so we can address any issues that may still remain and make sure this experience is not felt by any landlords in the future. FacebookWe have had our house on the market before and not sold. It was an unusual house but Gary could see the potential to sell it as a "box " that a buyer could make it their own. Not only did they work harder than I have experienced in the past, I have sold two others in Kenilworth over 40 years, but they kept me going until we got the right buyer. The right buyer was someone I was happy to sell to as we had lived there 25 years and it was emotional. They also quoted and got a higher price than I had been quoted by others. I would not hesitate to recommend them to sell your house. They tell it as it is and then go the extra mile. They then become friends. Thank you Maychild .

FacebookAfter the service, treatment and misleading advice we have received from the sellers side, delayed and incorrect information from this company I would be very very careful when using them.Horrendous treatment and I will be making a formal complaint. Any kind of honesty at any point of the buying process would have been appreciated so we wouldn't have had to waste our time and money!Would not recommend at all

FacebookThese guys are absolutely on the ball. When a changeover is coming, the MayChild team line up screened potential tenants, ready to take over. I meet them and choose the people I prefer. Job done. Without Maychild, it would be an arduous, worrying and potentially loss-making period. So far, no sleepless nights and my investment has never been empty. Thank you Maychild.
