Davis & Bowring Kirkby Lonsdale reviews in Kendal Road Kirkby Lonsdale

Dear Diana Thank you so much for your review. You’re right, no sale is easy in the current market, however Jacqui works really hard to keep everything moving positively in the right direction to achieve a successful outcome for both vendor and buyer! We wish you all the best in the future, Kind regards The D&B Team

Hey Beth, thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure working for you both and we wish you all the best with your exciting new chapter. Best wishes The D&B Team

Dear Ron and Karen Thanks ever so much for your great review. Having sold for you once before many years ago and then sold this cottage to you it was lovely to assist again and bring your moving plans to reality. You were great clients and really understood the benefits of beautiful presentation when it came to selling so it was a real team effort… thanks go to you two too! We wish you ever future happiness and success with your purchase plans, do keep in touch and let us know where you buy…. that’s if we don’t sell it to you! Best wishes to you both, Jo and all the estate agency team.

Dear Sarah Thank you so much for your kind review. No sale is completely straight forward (that’s 30 years’ of experience in property sales talking!) but after a false start with another agent before we came on the scene it was great to be able to follow through on our promises to you and get you moved and onto your next chapter. We hope all goes well, it was great working with you. Kind regards, Jo, Jacqui and the sales team

Dear Richard Thank you very much for your great review and that you were pleased with our service. We were delighted to find buyers for your beautiful home and also to assist in your search and we wish you all the best in your new property. From the D&B team

Dear Emma Thank you so much for your review, it’s great to know that you are pleased with our service. The sale (and purchase!) of building plots isn’t always straight forward so it’s great that someone like Jacqui has been able to guide you through the process. Jacqui has sold many plots over the years and it’s all experience that we are happy to share. We hope that your build goes well and that you soon settle into your wonderful new home and enjoy living there for many happy years to come! Thanks again.

Dear Ted Thank you for your excellent review. Burton in Lonsdale is one of our favourite villages, especially because of the village shop and lovely pub, so we always like to sell properties there whenever we can. Breastfield Cottage packed an unexpected punch in the high standard of finish you had created and was well received by the people who viewed and of course the eventual buyer. I’m glad we were able to work with you in this sale and thank you for your business. Kind regards, Jo and the sales team

Hello Nicky, thank you for your feedback and kind words, we wish you every happiness in your new home. All at D&B

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review, that means a great deal to all the team. We hope that the renovation goes to plan and equally that you enjoy the whole process, such a great adventure! It’ll make a fabulous house, in, oh gosh, such a great location…. To wake up and go to bed (and all the bits in between!) with those views… brilliant!

Thank you very much :)
