GoogleDaniele was amazing from start to finish, he was the second estate agent that we used and after just one viewing he successfully sold our property! GoogleLepore & Co. recently sold our large family house in the centre of Bedford. From the outset, Dan brought in a great number of viewings and was fantastic at helping prospective buyers to fully appreciate the merits and benefits of our property. He brings incredible energy to the process. Dan has deep local knowledge and network and so is particularly well placed to share information and inspire any buyers who are considering relocating to Bedford (which we found to be a good number of people). As with any sale, we had a number of bumps along the way but Dan was an experienced partner who stuck at it and was able to provide great advice. Once we had agreed a sale, Dan was fantastic at keeping the process moving on a daily basis. The level of attention and service was way beyond what I would have expected. I highly recommend Lepore & Co for your sale.

His communication with me and the whole process with my sellers solicitors and the buyers was outstanding. Honestly without him would have been horrific. FacebookWe highly recommend Lepore and Co to anyone after a reliable and personable service! Dan was our rock from start to finish! It took us 2 years to find a property that we, as a family wanted to move to. As you can imagine not everyone is willing to wait 2 years to buy a house, which meant that Dan had to re-list our house 4 times over in the space of 2 years, (which he did) and sold it each time within the first 2 weeks of listing. We were very close to giving up on our search but Dan’s very friendly, supportive and optimistic approach helped us to continue with the process which we are so grateful for. Despite the outstanding professionalism displayed it felt as though we had a friend taking care of things throughout! He has his finger on the pulse for both seller and buyer and tenaciously chases legal teams for the latest news.
