I’ve had such a fantastic experience with this estate agency and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the very beginning, Jules (the manager) was brilliant. He showed me the property a couple of times and was always patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole viewing process feel relaxed and never rushed, which I really appreciated. Sophie has been amazing to deal with over email. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process, always happy to answer questions and keep things moving along. Amy has also been wonderful, helping with documents and even assisting with sourcing a surveyor, which made the process so much easier and far less stressful. Nathan was equally great and showed me around the house a couple of times as well. He was friendly, professional, and really helpful in answering questions and making sure I felt comfortable with everything. Buying a property can be quite overwhelming, but the whole team have made the experience smooth, supportive, and genuinely positive. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. After looking around at other estate agents I decided to chose Boydens firstly because they were local and in the village but secondly which was the best decision was to have met Amy who was professional, positive and nothing was too much trouble, although our sale took longer to go through than expected (which was nothing to do with Boydens) the sales team Amy and sales progressor Sophie were brilliant always keeping us informed.
