We would highly recommend the team at REA T & J Gavigan Kells especially Nessa who was extremely professional throughout the whole sale process. She kept us informed of viewings and provided constructive feedback after each viewing. She had sale agreed on the property within 2-3 weeks of listing the property. Nessa made the whole process stress free from start to finish and we can't recommend her enough. Marie & Helen

I would like to sincerely recommend T&J Gavigan Property Agency in Kells. Our experience of working with Nessa and Cara was extremely satisfactory. Our purchase went smoothly and without any delays thanks to Nessa and Cara who were looking after us. They were amazing from the start to the final step. We found them to be conscientious, friendly and very helpful. They always kept on top of things, and let us know what was happening with our sale, and always made a point of responding to any messages that we sent. All in all we found working with the T&J Gavigan Kells to have been a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
