Our experience of Wilman & Wilman has been absolutely fantastic. When we bought our home, they were agents for the sellers and were infinitley more helpful than any of the solicitors in getting things moving along. Due to a change in circumnstances we then had to let the property, and we are so glad we chose Wilman & Wilman. Tom at Wilman and Wilman has sourced me a tenant a few times now and each and every time I cannot fault the service received. Most recently, I spoke with Tom on the Monday morning, my property was active online the same day, viewings booked in for 3 days later and tenant selected and referenced at the beginning of the following week all ready for sign up so no gap in tenants at my property….brilliant! Tom is great to work with, professional, extremely thorough, great judgement and very proactive. Helen Is very detailed conscious, questions anything that may seem ‘off’ leaving me confident that any issues/concerns are always raised. I would recommend Wilman and Wilman to anyone wanting to let a property.

Having bought our previous home from Wilman and Wilman, we knew the next time we were going to sell ours it had to be them! The reason why we chose them originally was down to the fact we were looking to move into a certain area and they called us with the most perfect property to see if we wanted to view it first- we put the offer in as soon as we did. That, is exactly the type of company you want when selling your house- proactive! When it came to us re-selling, we were blown away with their service. We spoke to every person in the office several times over and they were all amazing. Luckily for us, we were inundated with people wanting to view our property, all the staff at Wilman and Wilman were amazing and ensured that the viewings were lined up in perfect order and got a plan together. We have to give Alex a special shout out; Alex was who originally called us about buying the house, so we wanted to use Alex specifically for re-selling. Alex continued to keep us informed, going above and beyond what we would expect (have had from other agencies) and always remained professional. Towards the end, we were talking almost daily where Alex was ensuring that he was keeping both us and the buyer updated and working towards the end goal. Like I mentioned above, never have we experienced such a great service before from an estate agent company- if it’s a debate with who to use, use Wilman and Wilman.

I bought my house from Wilman & Wilman (Crosshills) back in 2020 and had an excellent experience back then, so when I decided to move on, they were the natural choice to make; I made the right decision. Everything was smooth sailing from Alex coming to evaluate my property through to the viewings, sale and completion. I would like to do a special call out to Mandy who assisted throughout the sale process and kept me informed at all times. In fact I heard more about how things were proceeding from Mandy than I did from my solicitor. She was also prompt, efficient and friendly, if Mandy is going to chase things up then she does! In my opinion using a good bricks and mortar estate agent and paying the 1% commission + VAT is money well spent, they certainly earn it and I would make the same choice again. In terms of timelines, the house was listed on 24th February, sold on 21st March and completed on 6th June, couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you.

I have lost count of how many times I have used Tom and the team at Wilman & Wilman. Highly recommend them to anyone, they go above and beyond and are so easy to deal with. They are very well known In and around the area ( they actually travelled a little further out for the sale of my last property ) and wow what a cracking sale that was !! So please trust this review and don’t hesitate to use them . Amazing from start to finish! From our initial meeting, we were impressed with Alex and his honesty and enthusiasm. We got to know the team extremely well and everyone was helpful, caring and professional. Gillian, Helen and Mandy were very proficient and extremely friendly. Mandy was our star of the show and she was amazing at looking after us from securing a buyer to dealing with the strains of buying and selling.
