Even when the ceiling collapsed she acted so quickly and kept us updated through it all and reassured us as much as she could. Hannah has been so lovely with all questions answered so fast. I sent a request in to view a shared living house rent and was promptly contacted with a suitable viewing. When I arrived at the property, Jodie was great. After making an amiable and down to earth induction, she showed us around the property (which was absolutely lovely and very well maintained!). Jodie was considerable to what I was looking for and supportive to facilitate this with helpful communication to the landlord.
