Didn't keep offers private. Tried to go back and forth between potential buyers to increase bids. Told other buyers I had offered asking price in a bid to increase sales price. I didn't think practices like this still existed. Disappointed to learn that they believe gazumping is fair.

Poor service, bidding against the wall is the norm .Beware they charge estate agent fees from the buyer and not the seller!Post sale service is poor with no response to calls, emails or texts.Consider other Auction houses which I have used with much superior service and not as costly.

They told me the seller would consider offers within my budget, but then once I’d been to view it and showed interest they said the seller wanted more than my budget. Complete waste of a 3 hour round-trip during a pandemic with no explanation or apology.

They are professional always go the extra mile. 4 star is is to low, should be 5 star. They have made the experience less stressful and i have a new home thanks to them. Alastair McNair is a top boss. Olivia showed me the flat and Ben and all staff are amazing. I highly recomend them.
