GoogleI cannot express how impressed, grateful and appreciative I am for the MCM team. We weren't selling the property, we were buying it.
Nicky was fantastic, she basically did all the communication our solicitors were failing to do. She would chase things for us and help out in any way she could. Always at the end of the phone. Even called us on her work mobile once when she was off sick! I am unable to comment on the selling side, however if so much care and attention is put in towards buyers I can imagine you will have a good experience as sellers!

GoogleI needed a property in the area and Shaun contacted me with regard to the property I ended up renting. He was able to arrange a viewing, at short notice, after I'd finished work meaning I didn't have to take any time off. The application process was easy and swift. Both Shaun and his colleague, Thea, were extremely professional, demonstrated extremely good customer service and a very caring nature. The proactive nature of the team at MCM is sorely missing with a lot of the larger estate agent chains - Shaun and Thea at MCM Estates and Lettings really seem to care and are prepared to work to earn your business. If you need an estate/letting agent I have no hesitation in recommending MCM.

GoogleIf it wasn't for nicky at mcm after a traumatic process of bying a property through mcm the solicitors involved had literally given up in all parties in our chain but she never gave up and thought all the way our own agents where zero contact once sold but she rung at least once a week with possible updates she is an absolute credit to her proffesion and deserves all the success she truly deserves I only wish we would have gone through them as our sellers and conveyancing

GooglePhoned Wednesday last week to arrange a viewing of two properties, 1 of which is empty, only virtual viewings, which is not a problem. Tried calling today, no answer, left a voicemail, no reply, phoned again twice more, option 1 for sales, went dead each time. Still nothing of the viewings. Tried calling again yesterday (Monday 01/06), yet again no answer, voicemail left. My wife called, it was picked up straight away, only to be told that an offer had come in LAST WEEK for one we wanted to view and that my wife could apologise to me on their behalf and that they weren't 'ignoring my calls'. I have never heard such lies. Tried to call again this morning as still no virtual viewing for the 2nd property....... Voicemail yet again. If I see a property that fits the bill but is being sold bt MCM, I will bypass it and look elsewhere. 1 star on this review is 1 too many, it has 1 as I have to put something, otherwise it would be a definite ZERO.
