GoogleA lovely bunch of people, wonderfully helpful, well informed and a pleasure to deal with. I viewed a number of properties with Amanda and Janice and both knew the properties in detail.
The whole team were very proactive in helping my search for a property, they responded quickly to questions and offers too.
Unfortunately, I ended up buying a property advertised with another agent, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millington Tunnicliff to any prospective buyers or sellers.

GoogleThank you to the team at Millington Tunnicliff for your patience and help. After a stressful year of many unexpected delays, we finally completed on our purchase! The delays were nothing to do with Millington Tunnicliff, unfortunately one link in the chain had some incompetent solicitors and estate agents. We were shown around by Janice initially, and from then Nigel, Stuart and Amanda helped with answering my 'silly' questions, always replied to my emails quickly and generally made me feel at ease every time we spoke. Although I'm glad we have finally moved in, I will miss communicating with the team. Thank you all again for your help, and sorry again for getting you involved with such nonsense on one side of the chain!
P.S - Love my Millington Tunnicliff key ring!

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service. Nigel, Stuart and team marketed and found a buyer for our property in a day. With our living in New Zealand we had to rely heavily on them to guide the sale through to completion and they nailed it. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
