I would highly recommend Christopher's to sell your property. From the moment I made the enquiry about putting property on the market until sold I cannot fault the service. Regular emails keeping us informed of what was happening on a regular basis. Queries answered quickly and clearly. There is another tree on Dartmoor now thanks to Chris and also the rugby club are a £100 better off as this is his commitment for every property sold . I would like to send a big thank you to Chris, Heather and Rob for guiding me (well, holding my hand, actually) through the purchase of my new house. The last house I purchased was in 1985, so I can honestly say that I was a bit rusty on what, and when, I needed to do things. But I didn't need to worry, because Chris and the team were always to hand and they were brilliant. They knew perfectly when to contact third parties, updating me each time, and they were always more than happy to answer my questions and guide me on what I needed to do next. I struck gold when I found Christopher's Estate Agents. Other local agents seemed disinterested and gave very poor assessments of the property but from the outset Heather and Chris were friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable. Within 5 days the property had a great offer accepted offer on it. What then ensued was a nightmare due to family illness and the purchaser's extremely difficult solicitor, though the purchaser was fine. I honestly don't think we would have got through it without the kind support combined with communication skills and generally 'being on the ball' that Chris and Heather demonstrated. I could not recommend them enough. Having been through many house sales, they are the best agents I have ever come across.
