GoogleI received a random letter suggesting their client would be interested in buying my land ( it has enormous development potential). They made an offer of £150,000 suggesting their client didn’t want it for development, an absolute insult !!!! They treat landowners as fools !! Don’t be fooled by their seemingly innocent approach ...
Dear Mr Garnder, we are sorry our client's offer was not to your satisfaction. It was in no way meant to cause offence. As confirmed, our client is not a developer, nor promoter, and was seeking local grazing land for his daughter's horses. The amount offered was client-led and we were acting upon his instructions. We wish you all the best with your future endeavours with the land.
