greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.

GoogleReally excellent service from start to finish. Our agent was Thomas Dexter, and from the first viewing until we exchanged contracts he provided a first-class service. He was always available to talk and was happy to chase up enquiries with the sellers of our flat to keep the process moving. He informed us of the exchange and other legal aspects of the sale even before our solicitors, so we were really impressed by, and grateful for, the level of customer service provided. Highly recommend.

I was selling a two-bedroom flat, which is lovely but I was aware that the market conditions at the moment. GoogleBought a flat through Winkworth in September last year. The estate agent we dealt wasn't brilliant. The process went a lot more smoothly when I started dealing directly with the owner. I did get quite annoyed with them nailed advertising signs to the front of the building without asking. When I asked them to pull them down, they ignored me. When I took it down myself, they put the sign back up and attached another sign for good measure. I eventually went over to the office to complain and they've now stopped. Still waiting for them to repair the brickwork after they left gaping holes and cracked bricks.

GoogleWinkworth in Highbury looked after the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new flat. Through out both purchases, the team were very supportive. In particular, a conveyancy expert was put on to keep the sales moving. This was really useful as she had the contact details of the buyer and seller, not just the solicitors, and could prompt them to prompt their own solicitors if slow. She also helped keep things on an even keel during the more tense times. Our estate agent also was at all times professional and empathetic, something you are led to not expect from estate agents!

Winkworth letting team are professional advisors. Fabian helped me to move into a newly renovated house. The property was in perfect condition and the process was pretty easy, thanks to Stanislava. Overall I am very happy about Winkworth and definitely recommend it!

GoogleUnprofessional and disrespectful of our time after confirming a sales viewing that the agent did not bother turning up for or informing us that the property was under offer and canceling it. We waited 10 minutes before having to call the agency ourselves to discover this. All in all, we will not be going with this agency for our property search.
