Absolutely dreadful experience, got stood up at a viewing. No communication between the estate agent and you only a straight call to the offices which have zero information as to the whereabouts of their agents.
We are always disappointed to receive a review such as yours. Winkworth offices are all independently owned and operated and therefore it you are able to share information on the office which you dealt with we will be able to look into the matter. The worst agency I have ever come across. Absolutely horrendous experience with them, they are awful, words cannot even explain their bad customer service skills. Money grabbing company. Need new staff asap.Genuinely extremely unacceptable experience.

All of the Winkworth offices are independently owned and operated however you have not said which of the offices you have dealt with. We didn’t realise how stressful buying a property could be so it’s a big plus to have someone that is interested in moving things forward at all times. Winkworth is my agent for renting my flat. It is very responsible for both landlord and tenant. Every time I have problems with flat, they respond in time and find a solution for me. They don't allow direct communication between landlord and tenant, which sometimes I find can get a bit dodgy. I would recommend it for both landlord and tenant, but you need to check the contract very carefully and negotiate other rights.

We have had a good-to-very-good experience with Winkworths. From being shown the flat by Jo and having then bought it, we were handled extremely well by Alina and her lettings team. They were on the ball, responded very quickly and efficiently to our enquiries and - not least important ! - found very good tenants for our flat in short order. We would certainly recommend them.

GoogleWhat I really appreciated about working with Dominic in the recent sale of my property was that it felt like dealing with a real person as opposed to a sales person. He listens, he advises, he's not in any way pushy. And he gets the job done. Would definitely go to Winkworth again for selling or buying.

GoogleWhat I'd thought would be a fairly straightforward move proved to be much more complicated than I'd expected. Throughout what turned out to be a six-month process Dominic Fletcher who showed me several flats was cheerful, supportive and unflagging in his conviction that all would work out in the end! His good humour, calm and patience have been really helpful, and I'm very grateful to him for his professionalism.

The works come with schedules and list which is so easy and efficient to work with. I complete the works , i invoice the payments and payment come straight away.
