I was a tenant for with Theodore and Charles for about 6 years. During this time the estate agents were nothing but respectfully, attentive, communicative and professional. Whenever there was a repair needed they always provided professional trades people who always fit around my schedule for a speedy repair/replace. As well as regular gas and boiler checks to make sure everything was running well. I only ever dealt with Alexandros or Sam. Meaning they were always aware of any on going issues or the situation at hand resulting in them always being on the ball and I didn't have to reexplain anything to another member of staff. Their speedy problem solving, calm demeanor and overall professionalism is the main reason Im disappointed to leave. If only I could add another bedroom onto my old home I would of happily stayed with them!

I cannot thank the team at Theodore & Charles enough for being absolutely fantastic throughout my nearly 3 years of tenancy. Any time I have experienced and issue in the apartment, a specialist would be there and working on it within the day. The entire team is warm and friendly and very much involved in making sure the tenants are looked after. The main agent responsible for my property, Alexandros, was very respectful of my time and always made sure to make arrangements that would suit me best if the property had to be entered by maintenance or have its smoke detectors checked. I've been met with jealousy by friends when talking about them, that should tell you enough! ✨️

Law breaking agency

Extremely unprofessional, with behavior verging on illegal. Avoid at all costs! The agency owner's brother issued fraudulent gas inspection certificates without performing proper inspections. When I raised these serious safety concerns and requested explanations for the falsified documents I got immediately notice to leaveDuring my treatment for malignant cancer, co-owner 'C' and employee 'S' appeared to exploit my vulnerable situation, seemingly assuming I couldn’t defend myself. Rather than addressing my concerns about document falsification, they chose to evict me.The agency clearly operates in favor of landlords over tenants. Remarkably, the owner opened an eviction company called SECURE EVICTION LIMITED, an unsettling venture for a supposedly trustworthy letting agency. If you’re not a landlord, don’t expect fair treatment. This experience has been a costly lesson for me, but I urge you to judge for yourself. My advice: proceed with extreme caution

Absolute joke of an agency. I called within 2 hours of a letting being made available on their website and was told to send them a message instead, so I did within 15 minutes. With no acknowledgment whatsoever, I followed up with them over the next week or so via phone calls and emails to no avail. When I finally got hold of them on a call 2 weeks after my initial inquiry, I was told the property is off the market. This is type of professionalism you can expect from this agency, I would really give it a second thought if I was a landlord hoping to rent one of my properties out with them.

Their agent S cannot be trusted - they announce that our conditions in the offer have been accepted and then we are waiting for the holding deposit details to be provided to us so we can start the referencing process. No news for a week, then we call back and they changed their mind - the offer is not accepted anymore. Avoid!!

Very unprofessional to the point of breaking the law! Avoid! The agency owner's brother issued gas installation inspection certificates that were not true or did not even show up and issued them. When I started to investigate the reason for playing with our safety, I was given two months' notice after 16.5 years of renting the house, explaining that the owner wanted to sell the house. The co-owner of the agency - Charlie and employee Sam, took advantage of the fact that I was undergoing treatment for malignant cancer and was perhaps "defenceless". In addition, until the day I received the notice (today) I did not receive a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, oven, which I had to buy myself. I also had to carry out repairs and tests of the gas installation in order to be able to sleep peacefully. For 4 years, they were not even able to fix the sink in the bathroom, which is still falling off. I had to repair the water installation myself for this sink. They are very biased. Unfortunately, they are not on the side of the tenant but of the landlord. I didn't check that before, but the owner also opened an Eviction company named SECURE EVICTION LIMITED . It isn't the best thing that a trustful letting agency owner would do, I guess. You're not going to be happy Unless you are a Landlord and that is what they want. That information was like a cherry on an already rotten cake. Do not take my comment as a suggestion. Decide yourself. I got my lesson. Expensive one.

To say that we’re disappointed would be an understatement. We were asked to arrive at 2pm for a property viewing, only for us to realise the agency itself was closed and the agent responsible was mia. They didn’t answer any phone calls, neither responded to our texts. Wasted a whole hour waiting and further 2 hours travelling to get to the location and back home. The lack of professionalism is disgusting to say the least.

Everything seemed fine at first to make an appointment to view, but unfortunately I had to wait TWO WEEKS to see the property. I didn’t mind the wait, but I did call multiple times to confirm the appointment with Alex and everything seemed fine until I looked online and the property said ‘no longer available’. He said something about an error but long story short, A woman called me A DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to see this place just to tell me the tenants decided to “renew their lease”. This company does know how to waste peoples’ time. I just want honesty and not an excuse the day before I see it.

Dreadful. Been trying to arrange viewing for property I saw from them on Rightmove. Its been 3 weeks now and no response from them. Either they don't call me back, they say the landlord isn't responding re access, or the agent who deals with it is off. I was gobsmacked today to be told wait until another week till the agent gets back from leave. Asked for their manager, told he was off too. Absolutely diabolical from a prospective tenants point of view. Don't undertand how this company is in business tbh. I will look elsewhere now, wouldn't touch them with a bargepole!!!
