Following on from an online enquiry earlier this year I was contacted by Sandra Holmes from Stirling Ackroyd...I've only spoken to her on a few occasions but I have to say what a pleasant experience it always is, she is like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day, honestly!It's always a pleasure to hear her voice, helpful and approachable and very easy to talk to... it feels like I've known her for years.. I am giving this rating to a particular agent : David Harvey. It was a telephone enquiry regarding viewing of a property.He was most helpful and kind and replied to all my emails very promptly .The arranged viewing was cancelled in the end but I was informed about it in plenty of time by another agent : Artie( if I remember correctly).I think I dealt with the Byfleet branch.Lovely experience

If your heating or hot water goes out over the weekend, there’s no way to get any support. There is no way to get ahold of Stirling Ackroyd. You will freeze, with no hot water until they decide to respond on Monday morning.
