Her unwavering support and timely response to any concerns we had, has been exceptional. She has always made herself available to us and has always been prompt in resolving any issues.During our latest contract renewal - our first one since Letizia started looking after our property, she offer a remarkable level of support, supporting us in negotiating a mutually beneficial agreement for both us and the landlord. As tenants, it was great (and surprising - due to negative experiences had in the past with other companies) to witness Letizia & the renewal team ensuring that neither party received any special preference - helping us on building a lovely (indirect) relationship with the landlord.Additionally, we had the opportunity to witness Letizia's exceptional communication and management skills in action, particularly when dealing with contractors. Went for a viewing and they weren't even there at the most confusing maze of a location, no one picked up our many calls, no one called us whatsoever. A waste of a lengthy trip. Horrible agency!

Recently I have had to find student accommodation last minute and what could have been a very stressful situation was made infinitely more pleasant and Smoot from our agent Darcy who was able to efficiently communicate with 6 nervous students and help us find a home for the year and demonstrated a remarkable level of compassion to our situation as first time renters and even went out of her way to give updates and reassurance on a bank holiday which was a great comfort to us. She was readily available for any questions we may have (and we had many) and overall was very pleasant to communicate with. As a first time renter I haven't a lot of experience with estate agents but I doubt in the future I will be fortunate enough to experience the same level of service and compassion again.

Good communication and honest updates - we bought through Stirling Ackroyd and found the process to be professional and helpful. We dealt with Nick, who would actually let us know where things were (inevitably) going wrong so we could then address them. That was very much appreciated.
