GoogleThis team was incredibly helpful during a difficult time when we were without a home. After living with friends for 15 days and being severely scammed by a previous agent, we faced significant challenges in finding a landlord or agency willing to rent to us. As an international student new to London, this experience was disheartening and left me feeling broken. However, these professionals stepped in and secured us a home within just 2-3 days. They even negotiated with the landlord to ease some of the documentation requirements due to the scam we had experienced. I am deeply grateful for their support and the effort they put into helping us during this challenging period.

GoogleThis is the most unprofessional estate agent that I have dealt with in London and I would highly recommend avoiding them! We rented a property from them in Islington and had nothing but issues from the day we moved in. To start with the garden was left in a state and we had to sort this out, as it took so long for them to get back to us on quotes we had given from gardening experts to resolve the issues. We had on going damp issues which were never rectified as well as ongoing issues with the boiler. Anytime we phoned them to discuss issues we were told to "write it in an email" and then when we did a response took up to two weeks to come back to us. When we prompted Seth ,the manager, he would often say he had written the email but forgot to hit send. They are rude and not worth anyones time. Some customer service would not go a miss. I have read some posts on Google when you search this companies name and I must admit I fully agree with everything that is said, on a negative view. There is nothing positive about them. I don't often post reviews but felt compelled to warn anyone that thinks about using them not to.

GoogleI have experience with them both as a tenant and a landlord. They are really great to deal with -- they obviously care about their tenants and on the landlord side are proactive at managing the properties finding problems and getting multiple quotes for any work needed
