As property Management at the courtyard Brighton they are 1/5. The cleaner has gone awol as I have people looking for them. No wonder they are billion pound company. I put them on par with clarion housing. Non existent. Long as dough hits there accounts they don’t care.

I have been an extremely lucky person to have had Ellis at the knutsford office helping me through a very stressful time with our purchase of 7 Millbank Close she has always and still is pleasant and very informative every time I have spoken to her.. moving house is very stressful and it certainly has for us as we have lived in our present house 50 years but Ellis always put my mind at rest as our sale had lots of delays. GoogleMy parents and I had a great experience using Currell Islington's Will to find them a flat near me in King's Cross. He was super informative, polite, professional, friendly and replied promptly to all emails, texts and calls. My parents are...not easy but thanks to Will we finally managed to get them into a gorgeous flat in the perfect location. He was great and I highly recommend him. There are two reasons for a 4 star versus 5 star review: my parents were not able to move into the flat until the end of the day their actual lease started because the previous tenant was checking out the same day, so they essentially had to pay a day for a home they couldn't enter and the estate agent fees for tenants, which I always think are both unnecessary and excessive and should be made illegal (I would give any estate agent that charges fees for tenants besides a credit check a maximum of 4.5/5 stars).

Savills manage the property we rent and wherever we have issues our property manager Tami is super quick and helpful in dealing with them. We recently had a leak that was impacting the flat below and Tami got someone sent out within 24 hours! Great service :)

GoogleI have recently used Currell in Islington to sell my house near the Angel. They have been excellent. I initially dealt with Harry Charambulous who was extremely helpful and efficient. He fulfilled every expectation I had regarding putting the property on the market, keeping me informed of progress etc. After receiving the offer I accepted, Sabrina Stafford worked with me in the last weeks up to exchange and completion. She was outstandingly professional too, making everything run smoothly and made the whole process completely stress free for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Currell in future as they are friendly, approachable, well organised and very well informed about the local area.

I highly do not recommend taking this agency for your rental, because:1/ Some of their workers are VERY EXTREMELY RUDE and take their sweetest time to reply to mails.2/ They will give you the STUPIDEST excuses that they cannot reach the landlords.3/ They will keep you without a precise response.4/ They will not allow you to break your contract.

I can’t give zero stars unfortunately. Savills valued our house at £450000 but three other agents valued at £600000!!. They said they’d provide a report but we heard nothing. Ours is a 4 bed house and they’d just sold a 2 bed house nearby for £425000. Appalling service.

Terrible company. We had an agent come to value our house. She seemed competent and appeared to be very interested in marketing the property. After an hour of talking through the details she said she’d arrange for photos to be taken and a contract to be sent out. Over a month later she still hasn’t been in contact and we have gone with a different agent. We expected more from a company with such a good reputation. Unfortunately, Savills also seem to think it's my responsibility to contact them regarding this matter. If they were really interested in good customer service, they would check their records for SW Devon and contact me directly. As they have not done this, I can only assume that it is a regular occurrence and they therefore can not trace us in amongst all the other potential clients they have let down.

GoogleFrom start to finish Savills went above and beyond all expectations. Jessica Gee was a breath of fresh air and was simply amazing. helping us find an apartment at a tough time of year. She was always there to help us along the way and guide us through the process which made it enjoyable and a lot less stressful than i've ever experienced. From the day we moved in we have been looked after amazingly, most agents pop you in the apartment and are not heard form again but Savills have an excellent support team who have been there to help us with issues big or small, Robyn has been our property manager and I couldn't have wished for a better person, shes been fantastic! After renting through Savills i would never rent through any one else again!
