GoogleWe let a property for 2 years via Reve. Nothing but positive things to say about it Sheng who was our main contact. Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

GoogleReve property managed the flat that I rented in Hayes, and I must say that our interaction has been very pleasant, efficient and professional! They are very conscious people, rapidly answering my emails and phone calls, and were available whenever I needed something. GoogleThey are slow and very late to respond, took me two weeks to just book an appointment which was later cancelled and no follow-ups. I feel bad for home owners who have listed their properties with them.

GoogleTerrible! Just had a lady answer the phone who could obviously speak no English screaming "send us email" down the phone. I really liked the apartment but will not be sending the "email" and will look elsewhere!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
