Nathan was exceptional in every aspect of our first time home buying journey, and we truly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. As first time buyers in the highly competitive Stoke Newington property market in London, we had already completed around 30 viewings and even made an unsuccessful offer through other estate agents before meeting Nathan. Unfortunately, our experience up to that point had been fairly typical, with agents who lacked detailed knowledge of the property, seemed disengaged, or gave the impression that the sale would happen regardless of their involvement. Having dealt with many estate agents, Nathan stands out as by far the very best we’ve encountered. From our very first viewing, Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. He had a deep understanding of both the property and the local market, and his enthusiasm and genuine passion for helping buyers secure the right home immediately set him apart. We felt completely confident in his advice and trusted him throughout the entire process. Nathan provided clear, strategic guidance on making a competitive offer, which ultimately helped us successfully secure the property in what was a very competitive situation. His communication from initial viewing through to exchange and completion was excellent. He was always available, quick to respond, and kept us fully informed at every stage. He made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth, transparent, and well managed. He went above and beyond in every sense, offering additional viewings at short notice, accommodating evenings and weekends, and being incredibly flexible around our schedules. Despite tight timelines with our previous flat, Nathan was thoughtful and proactive in helping us move belongings into the new property ahead of completion, which removed a huge amount of stress for us. On completion day, he personally delivered the keys, adding a genuinely personal touch, and even surprised us with a housewarming gift, something we never expected but really appreciated. Nathan truly sets the standard for what an estate agent should be, professional, reliable, responsive, and genuinely invested in his clients. When the time comes for us to sell our property, there is no question that we will be using Nathan. Nathan K = Miracle Man After a fruitless one year sifting through thousands of online listings, meeting dozens of estate agents, and trudging out to 50+ very disappointing viewings, we still came up empty handed. We were nearly ready to give up on our forever home search until one fateful day walking along Amwell street. a storefront caught my eye. Intrigued, I ventured in. Inside was the effervescent Nathan who I found to be extremely personable, professional and an astute listener. So impressed by Nathan after describing our wishlist that we hired him to spearhead our search. Within two weeks, understanding exactly what we wanted, Nathan identified a property that was on the verge of being published. He immediately arranged for us to view the flat before the masses could have access to it. We fell in love with the flat, checking off every box on our list. As luck would have it Nathan K happened to be the agent for the house in Clerkenwell that we have been wanting for years. Without his expertise it would not have happened. We were so impressed with Nathan's positivity and energy at our first meeting that we also asked him to sell our property. Nathan is everything that you expect from an estate agent. He was extremely proactive and showed an excellent rapport with us, our buyer and and our seller, keeping all parties informed at every stage. Nathan was recommended to us by a close relative, after we had tried unsuccessfully to sell our property with another agent. The difference was amazing. Nathan’s listing was much more professional and resulted in more viewings in the first 2 weeks than we had in 6 months with the previous agent. Having accepted an offer, completion was delayed by almost 6 months due to circumstances entirely outside Nathan’s control and during that time he did everything he could to ensure that we and the buyer were kept fully informed, and to help move the process forward as quickly as possible.
