I cannot recommend Lion Wolf highly enough, and in particular I want to recognise Diamond, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the sale of our mother’s property.
This was not a straightforward sale. It was a complex probate transaction, involving a number of additional requirements and, ultimately, a lengthy process before we were finally able to complete. Throughout all of this, Diamond remained incredibly professional, patient, proactive and committed to getting the sale over the line.
What really stood out was the communication. Diamond was always available when we needed him, answered his phone, returned calls and responded to emails quickly. Even when there were delays and complications outside of his control, he kept us informed, chased the relevant people and continually pushed the transaction forward. We never felt that we were left wondering what was happening.
He went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He took genuine ownership of the process, kept communication going between the different parties and was always prepared to step in and chase things when progress was slowing down.
Selling a family home following a bereavement is never easy, and having someone as professional, approachable and reliable as Diamond handling the sale made a significant difference. He understood the circumstances, dealt with everything sensitively and professionally, and remained completely focused on achieving the completion.
Even when the sale became particularly challenging towards the end, Diamond continued to work extremely hard to keep everyone moving in the right direction. His level of commitment and communication throughout the entire process was hugely appreciated by all of us.
Diamond is a credit to Lion Wolf. His professionalism, responsiveness, determination and personal approach are exactly what you want from an estate agent, particularly when dealing with a complicated sale.
If you are considering selling a property, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lion Wolf and especially Diamond. We have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, and the level of service we received here really stood out.
Thank you, Diamond, for everything you did to get us through the process and finally over the line. It was genuinely appreciated.

I have been very happy with Lion Wolf. I tried one of the more traditional estate agents to sell my shared ownership flat but was not impressed with their efforts. Lion Wolf were far more proactive in trying to find a buyer and much more forthcoming with feedback.
The terrible shared ownership system meant I couldn’t sell, but once I was in a position to rent it out, I knew they were the best people to engage. They found a tenant quickly and are also quick to communicate any issues with the flat and sort them out promptly, which means I have little to worry about.

We had to deal with one of directors .It was not the greatest experience.. it started well, but when we straggled a bit to lend the money from the bank he turned his back on us and made up a story that he lied about. Even though After he accepted our offer on the house one day When we rang him he said that the vender decided to sell the house to her relative which was lies! When i spoke to vender i got a different story from her! I would not get involved again with them. Sad that he does business this way!Also i tried to phone him for 1 months to get the information about the house were he ignore me. I had take control in my hand and deal with the vender direct to make sure we secure the house and he does not sell to others!

We respect your right to express your opinion in relation to the purchase of your new home and we use negative feedback to try to improve our service and really understand where we went wrong.
However, we must inform you that there may be some aspects where you have misunderstood our position as an estate agent. As the seller's agent, our role is to secure a buyer and to see the sale through to completion. Unfortunately after initially agreeing the sale for you, there seemed to be a problem with your mortgage lender and there was a period of 3 - 4 months where you were having trouble securing your finances and having used multiple mortgage brokers and still not being able to arrange your finances in a timely manner, we acted as advised by our client and placed the property back on the market and secured a new buyer for them.
We take full accountability to be the bearers of bad news, as we simply acted on behalf of our client; the seller, who had been growing increasingly frustrated at the lack of progress made during the sale, especially since she was in a chain and was under mounting pressure to complete her onward purchase abroad. Furthermore, the seller's decision was made after numerous promises made by you to ensure that your finances would be arranged by specific dates, which had failed to materialise.
We are pleased, however, that in the end, you had made a breakthrough and managed to get your finances arranged in order to continue the purchase of the property through Just Sold and we wish you the best of luck in your new home.
