Overall Excellent customer service from KFH Tooting

We used KFH Tooting for the sale of our property recently and i just wanted to say the whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times. The staff at Tooting were highly professional, polite and friendly at all times.I must give a special mention to Antony May, James and Daniel who were my main contacts through the transaction and they all gave what i would describe as outstanding customer service to us ag all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending KFH Tooting to anyone. We struggled to sell our property through many other agents and went for KFH Tooting because of the number of Sold signs from them in our area and luckliy for us I can see why they are so successful.

Sawan is a fantastic broker and has been of great help along the purchasing process, always responding to my queries in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. Not only he helped me secure the mortgage in a couple of days but he’s always been there to secure the best interest rate. Highly recommended!

Excellent service

Andree and the team at KFH were excellent throughout my flat Sale. They were super efficient and drove through the process. When I had the sale fall through, it was back on the market and sold again within a week. Andree also helped a lot with dealing with very poor solicitors, helping to push the sale through quickly.

No heating for over 2 weeks

No heating for over 2 weeks. In the first few days two contractors visited, said they couldn’t fix it, and since then KFH has been almost completely unresponsive. We’re left in the dark (and cold) with no updates or timeline from them or the landlord. Had to report to the council, who have now opened a formal case. Strongly advise against renting through KFH Earlsfield. 1 star.

Top mortgage consultant

Dominic and the wider team were friendly and professional when helping us arrange a mortgage, during a period when fluctuating interest rates made this trickier than it would be ordinarily. There were so many other stresses around purchasing a property that it was much appreciated that we didn't experience that in arranging the finance. I'm writing this review a few months after our home purchase and remain happy with the mortgage product we decided on. Great job!

Very impressive company

My wife and I have been very impressed by the staff at the KFH branch in Wimbledon Hill Road, Wimbledon. We wanted to rent out our two bedroom flat and they were able to come up with several suitable candidates almost immediately, with very encouraging proposed rents. Both the front room and backroom staff kept us informed all the time as to developments and the whole operation went smoothly. The KFH Portal is particularly useful.

Many thanks to Philip and Jon for guiding all the involved parties down the long and winding path towards sealing the deal, with professionalism and promptitude! You were instrumental in unblocking the process whenever it got stuck. Also, thank you Philip for being one of the few real estate agents who come off as honest and straightforward about all aspects. It really matters, at the end of the day.
