I'd previously managed my rental flat but once the lease was up for renewal last year I was on the hunt for a property management service. I've been so pleased to find JSE - the team are highly professional, proactive and responsive when it comes to liaising between tenants and landlords and dealing with your property. The tenant vetting process is very thorough and arranging things like a full inventory check was all new to me but I get the necessary documents through and communication through JSE with tenants is hassle free, which is exactly what I was looking for.
