Stay clear, building I purchased in was massively delayed. When it was complete it was near impossible to get a mortgage on it, so now paying way above market rates on mortgage repayments. Developer who are closely linked to IP Global sold the freeholder to a some crooks almost immediately, who increase the service fee dramatically year on year and have appointed a terrible management agent who are only interested in making money. Building is starting to fall apart because of poor maintenance and its only three years old.

Complete misrepresentation of actual investment cost and returns, not to mention no clue about specific requirements in Scotland. They didn't check the latter but still told me all would be in order. Firstly, we're delighted that the first apartment you completed on is performing well in the rental market and as a repeat investor you are a very valued client of ours. Regarding the unfortunate outcome of the second purchase, we want to clarify that the issue arose from the mortgage application submitted by you and your chosen financial advisor. For properties intended for short-term rentals, such as through platforms like Airbnb, it is essential to secure a mortgage that accommodates this usage and of course make the valuer and underwriter aware so that issues do not arise down the line.
Regarding the non-refundable reservation fee for the withdrawn apartment, it's important to note that this policy was outlined in all the paperwork you signed. Despite the prolonged period the developer kept the apartment off the market (in excess of 4 months), the non-refundable nature of the reservation fee was communicated on countless occasions.

FacebookBought a property in UK thru IP Global back in 2017, completion in 2018. Until now (Aug 2021) the property is still not completed. I have not received any proactive updates from them, unless its a sales pitch. Their customer service and follow up is appalling. I have indicated my wish to terminate contract due to developers inability to serve completion certificate (way past Long Stop date), and the possibility of getting the deposit and furniture cost back, i have not heard from them since. I would strongly advise against giving IP Global any business, find yourself a more reputable and reliable company!
