Top estate agent. I initially tried selling my place with an online company. They were completely ineffective. Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

Mark and his team were absolutely outstanding - at every stage in the process nothing was too much trouble, communication was fantastic and he helped us navigate a complex leasehold purchase. Mark was extremely proactive and facilitated things outside a usual estate agent’s remit, without which the sale couldn’t have happened. We can't recommend Mark, Davor and the team at Fine & Country enough. Our property sale had some unique issues which presented challenges in our search for a buyer, but the team were very patient and understanding throughout the process and ultimately ensured we got a great outcome. Possibly the hardest they've ever had to work for their commission and I'm sure they're pleased it's finally over.

I had a very good experience both selling and buying through fine and country. Although the purchase was complicated Mark was always patient and never pushy. I think with a lesser agent I would have given up on the purchase. The office always communicated well with me and we helpful at all times. In terms of selling they quickly found a great buyer for our house, chain free and at great speed. The have good contacts with the international market as well as the locals. I would definitely recommend them.

We have recently decided to sell our property and spoke to a number of agents in the process. Whilst some of the big property agents quoted a higher valuation, it turned out that their incentives are misaligned and you are left on your own after giving them rights to the property. Fortunately for us, we replaced the agent with Fine & Country Islington who were super professional throughout. They were able to provide a much more realistic view and we achieved the price that Fine & Country initially said we would be able to get (the larger agent was unable to achieve that). Mark, Davor and Eli were all fantastic and I would not hesitate to use them again.

For someone like me, who just relocated from New York City to London, the prospect of renting a flat in London for the first time seemed daunting. However, working with Mark, Robert and Reece made things much easier than what I was preparing myself for. Before meeting them, I spent a few days viewing potential flats upon my arrival in London, but unfortunately the process of securing a new place to call home as a new expat proved complicated, full of black holes in information. The folks at Century21 Islington explained the details of what the process was like, advised me on solutions, and were extremely clear and cordial throughout the process of renting a beautiful one bedroom flat in the area. Communications by email and phone were always great, as was the speed at which everything worked out. Thank you for all your help, guys!
