Terrible communication. Very unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy. Cannot wait for new management, these guys, Michael Porter especially who ignores emails and phone calls, also fails to keep to his word. Terrible man.

I was blessed by the fact that the clown with whom I had an appointment didn't show up, before reading the absolute s-storm this agency is. Absolute appalling communication by people that are supposed to do this stuff as a daily job (not for long, I am sure).

YellVery Pleasent experience with the letting and managemen
Josh Mills and James Murphy they are absolutely brilliant agents. Nothing is ever trouble for them. I've met lots of other agents before but Josh and James are just fantastic. Excellent service provided and what I think is most important, STRESS FREE. I highly recommend Drivers & Norris, Holloway branch to anyone who is trying to rent out there property.

YellHelpful at the start but service quickly deteriorated.
For the most part, were extremely unhelpful in dealing with basic household queries and issues, sometimes taking weeks to respond, and in most cases, the agents would completely ignore you. Considering the administration and agency fees you are required to pay, they have made moving homes a very disappointing experience. AVOID.Very surprised at reading the 5 star reviews.

YellTerrible agency and rude state agent (John)
After three years letting a flat where I dealt with the landlord directly, I found that the agency did absolutely nothing but charge us two money. Now I am still awaiting my deposit to be returned, even though the landlord agree a month ago to give it all back. John in particular is very rude. AVOID

First impression was good, but after a while we realised how many problems we had. Constantly chasing for contracts and things you ask, constantly changing fees for renters even though there shouldn’t be a fee. The worst agency I have ever had

YellThey help us a lot with the house and with the landlord
We rent a house with them.They help a lot with the landlord and solve a lot of problems and the communication with them was amazing. Also, after the tenancy they provide help to get references and deal with the landlord. I recommended this agency 100%
