GoogleBrandon was extremely helpful in securing an appropriate flat. We needed assistance finding a flat remotely from the US, that met our extensive needs, furnished, allowed a dog, with space for guests. Brandon provided regular updates on available properties, video tours, and streamlined the entire process. Would definitely work with him and Dexters again.

I have recently dealt with Ellie Padgett from Wetherells Estate Agents. The process was very smooth with Ellie being very efficient on all fronts. We had a slight issue at check-in and Ellie handled the matter very promptly even meeting me on-site personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellie and Wetherells. From the dealings I have had with her, I would say she is an asset to the organisation and you are lucky to have her!

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

GoogleBoth Ricky and Melisa at Dexters in Clerkenwell, worked hard to ensure my flat was rented out quickly and to a high caliber tenant. Ricky had been great at keeping me constantly updated on viewings and also providing transparent feedback to help me improve the conditions of the flat. Melisa was able to build a natural chemistry with applicants coming to see the property, to make both me the landlord and tenants feel at ease. Overall the team have been highly professional and come highly recommended.

One of the best letting agents I have worked with, Ricky patiently explained every detail of the contract, replied to all my emails promptly and even helped with additional requests I had with the property.
