GoogleI highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.

GoogleI recently rented a studio flat from these guys “Coopers” at a really good and fair price, no problems, or misunderstanding. I had the pleasure to be taken by Tariq one of their agent which he did a great job informing me with everything I needed and all the documents he required. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. Thank you once again for such a good job! Highly recommended!

GoogleI received a letter through my post few months back from this company offering there fees and introducing who they are. It was a decent fee that I would of been happy with but every time I want to pop in to the office for more information and to see what else they can offer they seem to be closed at 9am. Every time I want to walk in there there’s always groups of boys with cars parked on every pavement making me feel intimidated. I see people walk in and out the estate agent smoking very unprofessional. If I could take pictures and update I would. Would not recommend!! It’s ashame as landlord how do I know my property’s would be clean and smoke free with this agent!!
Dear Sally, I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way about Cooper Saqs, As an Independent sales & lettings business our relationships with our Landlords, Tenants and partners are so important to us and we pride ourselves in offering the best possible service to all our customers. I can assure you that our offices are always open from 9am, The early shift staff may have been in the filing room or toilet so you may have thought it is closed, I can only apologise for this. With regards to the boys loitering around these gentleman are not part of Cooper Saqs nor are their cars, as you are aware that there is a very big club a few doors down. The club goers always congregate outside our office making it seem that they are part of establishment i can assure this is not the case. No members of staff have smoked inside the premises! Members of staff that do smoke always smoke outside and they have been advised to smoke away from the office. Just because staff members smoke does not mean that our properties are not maintained to the highest standards, All our properties have a strict policy of 'No Smoking'. Very confused that you have advised others that you "Would Not recommend" even though you have not used our services, please can you remove your review and do get in contact with us direct so you can use our services and give back an honest review. Thank You Management

GoogleThe Team at cooper saqs was unbelievable. As Christmas is coming up a lot of places were declining me and I had a lot of stress on my shoulders. They understood my situation and they have given me a room which I couldn’t ever regret. Thanks a lot guys. I highly recommend people to use them.

GoogleWe enquired about a beautiful building in Wembley and were quickly assisted by Naz. As we are students, we were anxious about the amount of paperwork there would be and how time consuming the process would be, however everything moved very quickly and she really made the experience stress free. I am very happy I used Cooper Saqs and would recommend to my friends and family.

Dear Francesca, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, I can assure you that our office is not a party place. The day you wrote your review we were at the office celebrating as we had just completed on a few big deals, it was just a little gathering to help the team keep motivated. I would like to apologise if this caused you any nuisance. As you also may be aware that there is a club next door which is open 4 days a week till the early hours of the morning, the club goers cause a lot noise and disruption outside, I have spoken with the clubs management and they are addressing these issues. All the members of staff at Cooper Saqs have been advised not to park on the pavement, I can assure you that this will not happen again. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
