Bad experience with one of their agents, poor communication led to multiple problems once the tenancy commenced. Very little support in resolving the resulting issues.

Initial screening and referencing process is long, absurd and demeaning for the tenant, lacking any kind of empathy. The tenant has no rights whatsoever, only obligations. Avoid!

GoogleI decided to sell my house in Highbury earlier this year and where other agents had been gloomy, Chestertons were up for going for the price I wanted. They were right to be and I had an offer for the full asking price the first weekend it was on the market.
