Blake & Co Estate Agency Islington reviews

Amazing value, communication and support

What an amazing company, very helpful from start to finish and still keep in touch to this date. At first I thought the fee was very expensive, but I loved the structure and explanation to what they were offering in selling my home, they did not disappoint, sold within 6 days, over asking price. So much effort was made, managed the sale from start to finish and helped us with our onward purchase. Amazing team and so happy I went with my instinct. Thank you Ismail and Mehmet, and thank you for your contribution to our chosen charity. Highly recommended, Kevin.

Highly energised team.

Ismail Huseyin is a very experienced and highly motivated letting agent. You can rely on him to rent your property. Together with Mehmet Bayram, who is equally experienced in residential sales, and with their massive network of contacts they can offer a one stop shop for all real estate lettings, sales and management.

Amazing service

Amazing service from start to finish. Found my family the house of our dreams, helped in organising finance and on top of that helped by providing some vendors for some little jobs we required. Thanks Izzy and team.

Amazing

Having worked with Ismail and Bayram on a number of projects over the past few months I couldn’t recommend the more. The communication has been first class, phone email and WhatsApp even receiving info out of hours.

Property sale

I AM Real Estate have been so helpful and very knowledgeable. They are much better than any high street agent and they give you every option when you are unsure what to do. Free advice and taking the time to go through things means they are the best agency I have dealt with. Ismail and Mehmet are brilliant.
