The Trusted AgentI had been looking for a property for over a month after I registered with Crystal & Co Isleworth office they showed me 7 properties between two days. I found one suitable for my family and took up tenancy with them. The agent was very efficient in finding me a property.

GoogleI am very dissatisfied with this agency. I found a Rent on Zoopla, from this agency. For a week every day I sent several emails that I want to see the rent, every day I called and only my data was taken, but nothing, no answer, no email, no phone. Like this morning, I wanted to send an email again, but it already showed Let. It is a non-serious company, or only the agents are non-serious.

GoogleI've lived in property by these people. Since 2013 never had gas safety certificate, when getting outside help, as I could not be told where or how my deposit being held. I have now received threats from the estate agent claiming he will get someone to remove my belongings & put them on the street. Im five years I've had, a gas leak which to 2 weeks to resolve, water cut off as my water supply is linked to the property below me this was on a weekend which temperatures hit 31. A faulty cooker, which promised a new one again a 2 to 3 week wait for the cooker to then be faulty was reported over a year ago, to be ignored. Electrocution, due to a washing machine provide by Landlord/estate agent setting alight, I then had to provide my own washing machine after being left without one for 2 months. A fridge freezer that had been complained about 6months, But environmental health had to step in and state it unsafe also a fire hazard.
